Enrollment Requirements:

• Must complete an on site evaluation.
• Must be 4 months of age or older. (all puppy shots must be completed)
• Must be socialized and non-aggressive.
• Must have a soft collar (leather or nylon) with ID tag.
• Must be current on Rabies, Distemper, Parvo virus vaccinations. (Copy of certificates must be on file).
• Must have completed application on file.
• Must be in good health. On admission or re-admission, all dogs must be free from any condition that could potentially jeopardize other guests.
• Flea/tick prevention recommended (Frontline Plus or Revolution).
